We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Standard shipping with Australia Post takes 3-5 business days, this can vary depending on your location in Australia, and if you are in a regional or metro area.

Express shipping with Australia Post takes 1 Business Day, this can vary depending on your location in Australia, and if you are in a regional or metro area.

As soon as your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as we have shipped your order, a second e-mail will come through with the tracking details included. You can use this code to track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

Note this can differ if you have placed an order that is on Pre-Order or Made to Order.
In that case, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail only once the stock has arrived and your item has been shipped.

We understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right — especially when shopping online.

For our Collection 01, we gladly accept returns for exchange, store credit, or refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@houseoflouie.com.au, and we will provide you with the relevant return documentation and next steps.

We proudly cover the cost of return shipping to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience while you find your perfect fit.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Our Made to Order Collections have a separate returns policy. We kindly ask that you review the policy listed on the product page prior to purchase.

Our made to order collections & pre order collections are produced on different timelines than our ready to shop Collection 01.

We will always communicate clearly the lead time of your order.

As soon as we receive the stock we will begin to pack your order and send out your piece, along with a tracking number from Australia Post.

This collection is something special, something different. We want to keep this small and meaningful - Only producing a limited number of pieces.

We understand the risk associated with ordering something that you haven't tried on yet, so if you require a different size, or aren't fully satisfied with your order, we will offer a complimentary return or exchange.

Always ensuring that the piece you are returning is in the same brand new condition that it was received, with all new tags and original packaging still withheld.
