Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays.

House of Louie is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Once an order has been dispatched, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns for Collection 01 are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.

Sale items are final sale.
