We encourage you to refer to the care instructions included with each item, designed to help you keep your purchase in top condition for many years to come.

This collection is something special, something different. Made to order means made just for you when you place your order. A meticulous process of 8 weeks from order placed to delivered at your door.

We understand the risk associated with ordering something made to order that you haven't tried on yet, so if you require a different size, we can arrange for a new sample to be made within the 8 week time frame.

We are so confident that you are going to love the quality and workmanship of these designs, but if you aren't happy with your purchase we can offer you a store credit or exchange. We cannot offer a refund for change of mind, due to the custom nature of the manufacturing process.

Please allow 8 weeks from when your order is placed to when its arriving to your door. We value transparency at House of Louie, so we will keep you updated every step of the way through e-mail communication.

Starting from the leather skin preparation, to cutting and sewing, then on to our 100% Quality check before its safely packed and boarding a plane to Sydney. This is the final step before we re-pack into our Premium custom Louie packaging to arrive at your door in the most luxurious way possible.

Let's Talk Real vs Fake Suede

Fake Suede is made from Polyurethane (plastic) and other synthetic fibers; Typically called "PU". This synthetic material can crack and peel over time. Not breathable at all, will be sweaty to wear.

Real Suede is made from animal hide. It has a distinct, rich texture; supple and buttery soft. Suede is extremely durable, lasting for decades in your wardrobe if cared for. Breathable and will mould to your body over time.
